Land-R-Us is a real estate firm built on a simple premise: every deal deserves a strategic partner, not just a lender.

Founded by Jaxson Landrus, Land-R-Us brings a distinctly analytical perspective to real estate solutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Energy Systems Engineering and a background as an Assistant Project Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects — including a major data center build — Jaxson entered real estate with a unique ability to see deals the way developers and investors do: as systems with moving parts that need to work together.

After six years in residential real estate and a deep dive into the commercial finance world, Jaxson launched Land-R-Us to serve clients across the full spectrum of real estate transactions — from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors closing complex structured deals.

Jaxson has completed training through the IBBA for the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, reinforcing a passion for business, deal structure, and investment strategy that goes well beyond traditional mortgage brokerage.

Whether the conversation is about a $500K bridge loan, a $50M CMBS deal, or a VA home loan for a military family, the approach is always the same: listen first, structure smart, and close with certainty.
