When you buy or sell a home, you're typically working with two different people who may have never spoken to each other — your real estate agent and your mortgage broker. They're coordinating across two separate businesses, two separate timelines, and two separate sets of priorities. That gap costs buyers and sellers more than they realize.
When you work with me, that gap doesn't exist.
One person. Both sides of the transaction.
I'm both a licensed real estate agent and a licensed mortgage broker. That means when you work with me you get someone who understands the full picture — what your home is worth, what your financing options look like, how to structure an offer that's competitive without overextending you, and how to get from contract to close without the miscommunication that slows most transactions down.
What that actually means for you:
Faster, cleaner transactions. When the agent and the lender are the same person, nothing falls through the cracks. Timelines are tighter, communication is clearer, and surprises are rare.
Better financial decisions. Most agents can tell you what a home costs. I can tell you what it actually costs — your rate, your payment, your closing costs, your long-term equity position — before you make an offer. That's a different conversation.
No conflicting advice. When your agent and lender have different incentives, you sometimes get pulled in two directions. With me you get one consistent recommendation based entirely on what's best for your situation.
More options on the lending side. As a mortgage broker I'm not tied to one bank's products. I work with multiple lenders to find the rate and program that fits you — not whatever one institution happens to be offering that week.
What I won't do:
I won't push you toward a transaction that doesn't make sense for your financial situation. I won't recommend a loan product because it's easier for me. And I won't tell you what you want to hear if the numbers don't support it.
My job is to help you make a smart decision — whether that means buying now, waiting six months, tapping your equity, or holding exactly where you are.
